MALAYSIAN GRASSHOPPERS DEFEND THEIR PLATE TITLE !!!

Grasshoppers have duly defend their Plate title with an outstanding team effort and a
great penalty shoot out!!!!.

GH-BMFC: 2-2 (GH won 5-3 on penalties).

Players:


1) Kinsley: Breathes with his mouth open!. Our keeper has been the great signing of the season allowing GH
                to make a step up to this championship. He begins to repulse the BMFC first attacks and he cant do nothing on their
                goals. Outstanding on the penalty kicks. Buffon will be proud to have him as his "protege'". MUNDIAL
2) Adrian: The Materazzi od our GH!. Started this season with a great humility and slowly became a "Panzer". A big help to make
                Kinsley job easier. OUTSTANDING.
3) Arber: Another top signign in Janua ry. KLI have kick "the Boy" out from the squad and came to GH in pieces. Only our spirit have make

                him grew in confidence and became an asset to the team. KLI would love him back seeing their last matches. BRAVO!.
4) Quentin: Back to the right position, as he plays on Saturday mornings, he had the most difficult job to contain all the attcks from the right. A bit
                   of head spinning in the first few minutes but then he started to burn kilometers on the right defense!. PASSIONATE!
5) Richard: He knew this would be his last match with GH and he prepared the game fantastic!. Ten days of six hours per day of physical therapy to

                  str enghten his injured leg from his last injuries. A message for everyone:he does everything, for the Grasshoppers. FANTASTIC!
6) Lorenzo: To stop him, BMFC have put their best midfielders. He pirouettes on itself, like a lovely waltz, taking them off and scoring the perfect
                   free kick and sacrificies himself too in the middle. PRICELESS
7) Nik: Came in the match to show that English players have still lots to give to GH team. There is a lot to run in the middle. Fights among their best midfilelders
           with many recovered balls in apnea and almost scored the killing goal. MONUMENT!.
8) Juan: a LION in the pitch with the strenght of the heart despite the 45 years old, a generosity that make the eyes sparkle. LION
9) Nelson: It was the first to point the way to turn the light after BMFC scored the 2-1. In that 10 minutes he has never give up and keep on providing golden balls to
                our strickers. He was found everywhere on the picth. VAMOS
10) Ram: when the game gets tough, the tough gets going!. Provide precious KM in the midfield splitting their defense in half. GLADIATOR!.
11) Javad: Golden boy of the squad, a mix of Walcott and Rooney, provide pace, strenght and vision whenever its necessary. Already achieved a lot for
                his young age. Miss the penalty but that was the only mistake in all season. It will mature to be a great asset in years to come. IMMENSE!
12) Alan: he is a fake gentlemen, inside he has the strenght of a wrestler!. He fights from the first to the last minute, creating lots of space in their defense. ANGRY!.
13) Hussein: GH is in this guy the man of destiny against the BMFC and throughout the all season. 35 goals and could have been even more. INCREDIBLE HULK.
14) Ali: changed the game and the history of GH. The equalizer on extra time have kill BMFC hopes to lift up the trophy. He brought allucinations to BMFC defense for the last 10
           minutes of the game. In the second half he was the best Ali seen in all season. TALENT
15) Mohsen: an inspirational player who deserve the standing ovation from all GH past and present members. 54 years old and still made of titanium. STANDING OVATION.
15) Lim: This is his GH and this was his final!. Masterpiece. He is not a recruiter, he is our inspiration. he has created an exciting, modern and captivating Grasshopper.
             Now, just to finish the opera, lets get the title next season with few strong signings. MASTERPIECE.



BRAVI TO ALL THE GH WHO HAS PLAY FEW GAMES FOR THE SEASON AND MAKE THIS TEAM AS ENJOYABLE AS EVER.

The Grasshoppers met at the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra  concert.
On Saturday 19th of September 2011 the Cultural section members of the club enjoyed the concert at the MPO.
The concert was followed with refreshments at Chinoz KLCC (photos)
